• Describe the different etiologies of acute kidney injury (AKI) arising in cirrhosis and how they impact treatment and outcomes
• Apply guideline-recommended vasoconstrictor therapy for patients who meet diagnostic criteria for hepatorenal syndrome/AKI
• Discuss the comprehensive management of patients with severe multiorgan disease (acute-on-chronic liver failure grade 3) in the ICU and the implications for liver transplant
